Captain’s Notes: If you want your own internet business, you
will have to overcome a number of administrative and technical issues. These are laid out above in a sequential
menu. You will have to work through this sequence in roughly this order to
build a successful business. The good
news is that everything you need is available through the links right here on
this site. For starters, you will need
an internet connection that is fast enough to support your business
development. Since you are reading this
page, you must already have some sort of web access. If it is adequate for this preliminary learning process,
fine. But if you and your computer are
struggling, you need to upgrade your internet connection, computer, and
software now. Otherwise, you will never
be able to cope with the requirements of developing and maintaining an active
web business. But first things
first. To create a web business of your
own and be able to build it to profitability, you need to start with a clear
business concept. Then you must turn
the concept into a concrete
execution plan or ‘business model’ for monetizing the idea. After deciding on the business model, or if
you already know what you want to do, go ahead to the Internet Service Provider
(ISP) menu above. Or click on the logos
below to learn more about starting your own internet business.
